I Took my Branson 4220i to Triple M this spring (One hour and a half drive) to have the burned up clutch repaired. It took several months before they called me and said it was repaired. The first bill was $2,922.75 I also asked if they had a replacement ROP pin, they put one on and charged me $42.00 for the pin AND $25.00 to INSTALL IT! When I got it home I noticed that my 3 PT Top Link was missing, called they said they would overnight it, never received it. When I went to use the tractor to mow, the clutch was slipping, it was NOT repaired correctly. It went back to Triple M, it again took several months (3) for them to call and say it was ready. This time it was $1,775.81 (I had to pay again for THEIR incompetence, why would you not verify repair before giving back to customer???) 2 mechanics 4.5 hours and another mechanic 5 hours, they replaced a brand new valve. All this after I questioned them if they checked the pressure the first time. I called three times to request my top link only to be lied to repeatedly, they said they shipped but weeks later no link, no tracking number, no return calls and NO UPPER LINK. $4,698.56 to replace a clutch! Does that sound reasonable? STILL NO LINKBusiness response

Im sorry that we have given ** ******* an unsatisfactory experience when he dropped his tractor off in the spring he was made aware that there was a large line of equipment in front of him. He told us exactly what was wrong with the tractor and how he wanted it repaired. he made it clear he didnt want any unnecessary diagnostic fees he just wanted the repairs he stated completed. when we repaired the tractor he paid and came and picked up the tractor. He called a few days later and was very rude with my employees making us aware his tractor was not operating properly. i sent one of my techs with the a trailer to check his tractor out no charge and to haul it back if it wasnt something simple there. ** ******* demonstrated what was going on and said we were too stupid to install a clutch and told us how valuable his time was like everyone else's isnt. my tech told him if something was wrong with the clutch (that he wanted installed) we would warranty it. when we brought the tractor back we ran a full diagnostic at no charge to determine what the problem was. a tech called ** ******* to let him know it was a hydraulic valve (not the clutch we installed at his request). so he would have to pay for repairs (we still discounted parts and labor) when it was completed we contacted ** ******* and only charged him $50 to take the tractor back to him which is deeply discounted for the distance he lives and no charge for the initial pickup. the tech forgot mr pfeifers upper control arm. when he made us aware i immediately found the top link and got it ready to be shipped. Im sorry for the unsatisfactory experience mr pfeifer.
