            Purchased a Gourmet Dining shrimp ******* from them and placed in freezer. Never kept the receipt and used later from the freezer. There was absolutely no shrimp in the dinner whatsoever which, of course, to me would be the main ingredient. Was terrible!!

            Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the meal as intended, and that you did not enjoy the product. All of our meals undergo strict quality controls throughout the production process, so we would like to get additional information from you if possible so that we can conduct an internal investigation into how this product got to you without shrimp in it (the receipt would be helpful, but is NOT necessary), so that we can prevent it from recurring in the future. We would also like to see if there is anything we can do to make this right with you, the customer - we would be happy to provide coupons for a replacement meal on us if you're willing to give us another chance; or if a refund is preferred, that is another option. Please contact me at your convenience so we can do our best to rectify the situation, and again, we thank you for your feedback.

            I no longer have the receipt because I put the product in my freezer and have no idea how long it was there. The only thing I have that may help is the bar code # **SSN**2. I don't even see a use by date. I purchased it at the Piggly Wiggly store in Jemison Al and I see that they are still selling the product there at this time. I don't expect a refund or anything else, just think someone there should be careful when they are packaging a product & leave out the main ingredient, most expensive one.
