    Being someone who travels for work, this has to have been one of the worst experiences at a hotel/motel I've ever had. Stayed for over a week and almost 4 days into my stay I realized that the toilet was pouring water (not leaking but pouring water) every time it was flushed. A bunch of clothes were soaked as a result of this. To top off the stay, I woke up on the last morning to an unexplained $100 charge on my credit card. The management/staff even was going to let me check out and leave without bringing it up. I had to bring it up and ask about this unexplained charge. Seems like very shady business practice to not at least email/print/comment that an additional charge was placed on my bill. I also had to on multiple occasions run down to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper, since housekeeping would often not stop by the room. I would steer clear of this business. Not sure who runs this, but not good business ethics. Will not be going here again and will be making sure people avoid this place.

    I, myself was not the one that processed the charge. I have however reversed the charge. Another employee processed the charge because there were too many people in the room and other guests were complaining I would like to apologize to the guest for this matter taking place.
