On Monday the 16, 2022 I rented a room for the week and upon entering the room I was in disbelief at how unclean it was and once I saw several roaches crawling around the room in several places, I decided to check out the next morning on Tuesday May 17, 2022. Upon checkout I was told that my money would be refunded and put back into my card within 2 days It is now Sunday May 22, 2022 and I have still not received my refund. When I made contact with them they took my number and the manager contacted my wife and she was very rude and very unprofessional about the whole situation and was giving continuous attitude for the length of the 3 minute conversation in which she mocked me like a child would do and then hung the phone up on me.
