Placed an order January 15. Was told via email from the company that it shipped January 19, and was provided with tracking info, which says it was delivered January 20. However, it was shipped and delivered to somewhere in ********* *** **** and my address for delivery is ********** ********. I reached out to the seller immediately after seeing it was delivered to the wrong address. A few days later they claimed to have re shipped the items and already dispatched the package to the carrier with a promised delivery date of January 24 or January 25. The tracking has only shown where the label was created and has not updated with or shown where the items were received by the carrier and dispatched at all (it has been several days since this email and the item has not been shipped or delivered). I have tried to follow up with the company a couple different times about shipping the package or providing a refund with no response from them.
