We bought flooring and immediately have had issues. Have been informed of a long warrenty also. We have called over and over. Have gotten the run around. The flooring has chips and falling apart. I want the product fixed. I even want the trim If possible to be redone since I will have to remove it. This will cause me to replace it. Only 1 time have they stopped by. They didn't call when they did and we had covid at that time. Now I can't get them to just fix or replace the flooring.Business response

I am writing in response to letter submitted to the Better Business Bureau by ***** ******.
Meuth Carpet has responded and fixed issues that ***** ****** requested to be addressed on 3 separate occasions. Each time we responded we took care of every issue that was asked to be taken care of. Customer stated that his house has issues with mine subsidence and that every time it rains the house has new movement that could cause the flooring to separate. We have made multiple attempts to schedule times to take care of new issues requested to be looked at by Mr ******. We had a Scheduled appointment and customer responded to us that they had family had sickness and had to cancel the visit.
On another occasion we were in the same neighborhood on a separate job and stopped by the ******s house they had Covid in the family and could not work on the requested issues.
We are eager to get the issues taken care of and will work with Mr ****** to take care of them.
