      I've had a vehicle for 2 weeks. I've put seven hundred and fifty three miles on it. And it's died on me twice and left me. Stranded twice and the alternator is giving messed up voltage. I've had more than one check engine light. The wind shield has a big chip out of it they said they would fix the windshield it's been two weeks it's still not fixed. I called them and they want me to pay them $75 just to look at it, not including what it's gonna cost for probably fix it. I shouldn't have to fix it after two weeks. Especially with it being a repatable dealer. With the amount I paid for the vehicle. It should be more reliable than running two weeks and dying. It doesn't matter if it's used or not I didn't buy it as is.

      I bought a car from Car-Mart in henderson Kentucky and I recently found out they sold me a car that wasn't what it was supposed to be. On the contract I signed, what they advertised and what the sales manager along with her boss said it was supposed to be a 2011 ford king ranch but instead they sold me a 2011 Ford expedition XLT. I'm paying for a Ford king ranch but I have been told by the insurance company, 2 Ford dealerships, and car fax that it is an XLT and after the Ford pointing out just looking at the interior for the two you can clearly tell it is not a king ranch. I have tried to deal with them trying to get my money back but have had no luck. I've been told by multiple car lots and legal that it is in breach of the contract for they false trim package and false advertising.

      I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima on November 4, 2021. I have yet to receive my title or license plate. I am now on my fourth temporary tag from this business. In December they filed my paperwork with checks that were incorrect, they were supposed to be voided and my folder was never followed up on. Over the past week, I have repeatedly stopped in and asked for progress and have been lied to over promises not received. They had a new manager take over this week and she couldn't even follow up with the status of my account, as she promised. I have sent the corporate customer service and email then a private message on Facebook. This morning (2/24) I got a "copy and paste" message before getting someone to finally type out that there would be a case reported and someone would get with me on my case. No response. No response from management at Henderson, Kentucky today. They preach making payments on time or suffer the penalties. There are no penalties for the company for their wrongdoing.
