We have been a customer with this company for 3 years. There have been small issues such as forgetting delivery that we have over looked. However, in November we added a few pieces of furniture. We were given a new monthly price which we agreed to. I made an on time payment for January ( a couple days early as usual ), but was called while working over 6 times in January asking where my payment was. I sent a picture of the proof that I did make the payment when I said. I was then given a call back saying that they hadn't combined my account correctly and now my payment would be over $50 higher per month than what I agreed to. Now my choices are to find new furniture or pay something that I did not agree to pay. Not only that but the entire wall on my staircase has been damaged due to their delivery people which I will now have to repair out of my own pocket.
