Patriot Chevrolet is the biggest fraudulent dealership!!! The manager was became confrontational, rude and disrespectful when the bank didnt go through with a contract. Not to mention the fraudulently with held info from the bank to try and push the sale through. I paid $2100 cash/debit down on this vehicle and they told me the bank approved me and was waiting on verification well the employer hasnt responded and the bank wouldnt go through with the contract. I provided check stubs and can provide bank statements to prove direct deposit from the employer. At this point its been a week and I wanted my money back from my down payment and giving the vehicle back and they denied me my down payment back.At this point they decided to tell the bank that I was starting a new job (which I told the salesmen about at the point of sale) they they hid that from the bank because they knew they wouldnt approve it because I wasnt there 90 days anything to get a sale. Then decided they would give back part of the down payment and charged me $80/per day that I had the vehicle that they approved for purchase NOT RENTAL!!!!!So they kept $800 of my money that didnt belong to them because the bank couldnt wait for verification. Had I been informed that in the case that the contract didnt go through I would be charged a rental fee the raggedy car would have stayed on the lot. NOT to mentioned after I got the car the day I got it I tried to turn on the A/C and it began to rattle, the continued to stick when try to turn the car on!!! I call the service department and they tell me the did not have an inspection so I could bring it in for a 4 point inspection at that time they would check it out. Well of course they said it passed inspection and was fine nothing was wrong with it!!!!! Do NOT spend your money here! They will do anything to get a sale.

***************, I'm sorry you feel like you are the victim here. The truth is you were not truthful on your application and about your employment. When the bank called you for assistance on the verification process, you were rude and hung up on them. You didn't even try to help them get your loan funded. You were in our car for 10 days while you continued to hang up on the bank when they tried to get your loan funded. You were in breach of contract at that point so it's only fair we charge you a rental fee. How many times could we have sold that car while you were out in it? The bank rep even stopped in here and told us they felt like you were lying about your application. She told us you couldn't provide phone numbers to your HR or to a supervisor. It's a very simple process to complete if you just cooperate with the bank just in case you ever try to get a loan again.

Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder April 2021. The vehicle we test drove isn't the vehicle we ended up with. We test drove a dark gray Pathfinder with black leather interior and fully loaded. The paperwork and what was parked for us was a white Pathfinder with tan cloth interior and no extras. The sales rep was then too busy to help us or explain what happened. We had issue after issues with the vehicle, learning there had NEVER been an oil change done and caused the engine to go bad. We have had to replace tires, have the engine looked and done multiple oil changes because of what's going on. This last time the vehicle was towed in, it was found a new engine is needed. After they ran a service report, there was an open service for a new engine as of March 9th, 2021. We were told either Patriot didn't run the service report or they did and sold the car knowing it needed a new engine. Now we still owe over $20,000 on this vehicle we've been fighting with the dealership with and it needs an $11,000 engine. Patriot refuses to admit any wrong doing and says they might pay for half of the engine. I want them to admit they are wrong and didn't do their due diligence with this vehicle and to their customer and replace the engine or take the vehicle back.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/08) */ We provided the customer with a vehicle inspection report showing the vehicle was inspected. We offered to pay for half of the engine. We did not say "we might" pay for half the engine. The offer still stands. We are here to help you all that we can. Please come in and speak to us and let us help you resolved this issue. Thank you! Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) If this vehicle was inspected before we purchased A. The open order for an engine would have been found B. The oil in the engine would not have been sludge and tires bald C. The General manager would not have admitted and wrote out a check for the first oil change and need of tires. Also, the issue of the sales rep (come to find out is a manager) switched the vehicle on us after signing the paperwork and then was too busy to answer why the vehicle we test drove was not the one they brought out and had us sign paperwork for. Paying for half of the engine is not good enough when there were known issues before we purchased and there's paperwork to prove this. Someone dropped the ball and I refuse to pay anymore or be pushed around. My husband is in the military and this is the first vehicle he has purchased. What an awful way of doing something. I have also called in and left messages to be called back by the General manager and have yet to be called back. Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/03/14) */ Responded and these matters are considered closed.
