Terrible. Doesn't communicate. Doesn't follow through. Doesn't check on work being completed and the shoddy work performed. Get another quote. Get everything in writing if he says he will email you, don't believe it. Get inspections!Review from Thomas K

Received quote from Jeff G****, Style Flooring on 4/4/22 covering the remodeling of our master bathroom for $13,600., a deposit of $6.800. was made. It was agreed to begin on the second or third week of June. After making several calls to Jeff to check on our begin date I received no phone calls or emails, only after I called their supplier I got a call from Jeff confirming our date. He was suppose to start Monday 6/20, he never show up or called, when I tried to called him, he never replied again. Would like to know if this is the new way in doing business, he will not be getting mine. ****** ******
This is in reply to Style Flooring response of 6/22/22. He did not refund nor did he do any work in my home. A court order was issued to him to refund a deposit of $6,800. plus attorney fees of $2,300. He has now filed bankruptcy, my only mistake I made is not checking with the BBB at the very beginning.

**************** was unclear on what he wanted in his bathroom as well as the linen cabinet. The supplier sent me a message asking for clarification so I talked to **************** and explained the cost differences. I also told him we could start on Monday the 20th but they needed to select shower fixtures so I had a mixing valves on hand to be able to start. I did not hear back from ****************. On a separate note we had a death in the family the week prior and a medical emergency with my daughter where we did not have access to all our cell phones or computers or anything for three days. I am refunding his money and he is welcome to find someone else to deal with him.
