Bought pizza card, from *********** ***** for $29. It’s good for 10 large,1 topping pizza from 10 local pizza places. On Sat.,7/31, I called in an order to be picked up, and told to bring card with me. Upon arrival, the girl took my card to manager, returned and charged me for the salad and breadsticks only. I asked for my card back, she told me *** the manager, had tore it up and threw it in the garbage. She went back to the kitchen & returned with my card taped together.it is all crooked and if I try to remove the tape it take finish off. I called Monday, 08/02 and asked for the manager to call me. On Tuesday 08/03, after no return call, I filed a complaint with their online system. I have still not heard from them, and would like my card replaced or my $29 back. I called *********** ***** they told me the other business’s did not have to accept my card because it has been altered. Thanks.Business response

After review, our company did reach out to Mr. ****** to offer him a free meal at a location of his choosing. However, the Hometown Pizza in question in this complaint is owned by *** ***** ************** ******************************* and is not part of our corporation. All questions related to this matter should be directed to Mr. ***** at the contact info provided.
