On 6/25/21, I ordered a 15ft ******* ****** ******* Slide to rent & be delivered on 7/10/21 total amount $478.33. see image Half due at the time of rental, 6/25/21 paid $239.17 remaining due day on delivery 7/9/21 paid $239.16. No delivery. 7/10/21, at 8:06 AM I attempted calling the company and emailing because it was thunderstorms. I was finally contacted by an employee named ***** ***** & was told by him we would need to reschedule due to winds. He provided me with permission to keep his number for a reschedule date. I attempted to reschedule for 9/2021 slide wasn't available. On 5/3/22 reached out to Mr. *****, asked for reschedule for 7/3/22 to which he replied make sure you reserve online and the details. You can call the 800 number. Make sure they credit you for your down payment! I said, I paid the whole thing and I tried calling but the voicemail box is full, cannot take messages, I have proof of deposit and final payment, will you pass my number to office, He replied, "I will take care of it for you. Don't worry. I'll get it reserved ASAP" See full conversation in images. I followed up with him 6/23/22 for an update of delivery/order status. Didn't hear from him so on 6/27 I sent a text stating that the weather looked questionable but to keep me updated on delivery day/time to which he replied 5 hours later stating "Right now I have one in Bowling Green. Its available for a 8am-1pm rental. paid for 8a-8p rental. *****: "I have told him about your situation" "I will do everything I can to have you one the on your timeline" "I very confident I can make it happen" "I will keep you updated" 6/30 he states delivery for "early sat morning or friday evening"7/1, I followed up for delivery. 7/2 he sent"**** **** ***** ********. I called, was told there was no order that ***** didn't follow through and a bounce house was only avail. for delivery or I could reschedule. No slide for Family reunion. No response from company since, VM still full, no text/email, no callCustomer response

Have you heard from the company? No, Company will not return phones calls, emails or text messages
Are you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? No, Bluegrass Rides has not tried to resolve this matter in any way, the owner continues to ignore the situation rather than attempt to resolve.
