Chrysler of Lawrenceburg was purchased form it's previous owners approximately two years ago, in a stock purchase. Unbeknownst to us at the time there where approximately a 100 vehicles with an array of titling issues, i.e. dup titles, missing titles, bad transfers, ect. We accepted these issues, and addressed them with the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission, in a timely manner as possible. In working thru these issues we have implemented processes and safeguards to minimize these concerns moving forward.
As previously stated we have implemented safeguards and procedures to address these issues in a timely and efficient manner. We have increased our titling staff, and revamped our accounts payable department, and mandated current continued compliance training, with weekly reviews. In addition to oversight by our legal counsel.
We value our relationship with the community and the Better Business Bureau. And hope this sheds light on our sincere commitment to being good stewards and partners.
