1 starI had a roof installed by Dynamic Restoration in 2021, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The first installation was not done correctly, and they had to reinstall the entire roof a year later due to multiple errors. Even after the second installation, significant issues remained. When I recently tried to have gutter guards installed, I was told by over 10 different companies that they couldn't proceed due to the double drip edges left by Dynamic Restoration. The second roof installation still contained mistakes, causing ongoing problems. Whenever I contacted their office, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. The supervisor, Erik, only responded after I involved the owner of the company. While they installed new gutters and guards for free, it was only after causing further damage by trying to fix their initial errors. They left nails behind my home, resulting in a flat tire on my lawn mower. After contacting the owner again, they attempted to fix the issues by gluing down the shingles, but the work was subpar. The front of my home still has raised shingles, which they dismiss as merely cosmetic, but it looks terrible and I'm concerned about future leaks. A representative from the shingle warranty company claimed everything was fine, but the appearance and quality of work say otherwise. Furthermore, the new supervisor, Nicolas, inspected the gutters and shingles without my presence. He entered my home with his helper to take pictures of my basement when only my young daughter was home. This was entirely inappropriate and invasive. Overall, the shingles still look raised and unsightly, despite assurances that they would lay flat after a few warm days. Despite a series of warm weather days, the problem persists. As a disabled veteran living alone with my daughter, I expected a basic level of professionalism and quality, neither of which I received. I do not recommend Dynamic Restoration to anyone.Review fromMark R

3 starsThey didn't include everything I specifically requested in writing in their estimate. What they didn't include, they tried to add on extra at the work site if I paid off book. They hung a gutter I wanted changed exactly as it was before.Review fromMitch T

5 starsDynamic Restoration was superb in the handling of my roof replacement due to storm damage. The process was easy and they did an excellent job. Natalie, my field representative, did a good job in communicating everything as we went through the process. I would gladly hire them again for any of my future needs. 5 starsThis company came and done our roof yesterday and they did an amazing job and cleaned up all of the mess from the tear off and the new roof going on. Would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. They have been very professional and their communication to the homeowner is beyond awesome they answer all your questions and return all text and phone call. Top notch company to work with I love the new roof they put on our home would highly recommend them. I will use them for our garage in the near future.Review fromJ W K

Dynamic Restoration has been a great company to work with. They installed new vinyl on my house and a new roof. I also hired them to build me a deck which came out great. In addition, I hired them to install vinyl and new porch railing on my mother's home. What I have been really impressed about, is when they start a job, they stay with it until it is complete. They are really fast, and they do a complete cleanup when finished. Jw K

Dynamic returned my call almost immediately when I requested a quote. They scheduled me immediately, came out and gave me a quote which was quite reasonable. We accepted and they came out when they said they would, did a fantastic job and I recommend them to everyone. I am well satisfied with their work. I must add my job was not a simple one. It involved a 3-story building with a basement, very tedious work.Dynamic Restoration, LLC

2 starsI was really pleased with the installation of new gutters last fall. However, they did NOT clean up after themselves. This spring, I'm still finding holding straps and other debris in the flower beds and shrubs around my house. More importantly, they dropped quite a few nails and screws in my driveway that I ran over without knowing they were there. Sure enough, a few weeks later, my tire light came on. I had the air refilled, a few weeks later, it came on again. This time I took it to a tire shop and they found FOUR nails & screws in my tire so I had to replace it. When I contacted the company, I was originally told they would pay for the replacement but I did not hear back from them after I sent them the invoice which is very disappointing since they didn't make it right. That means I will not be a repeat customer when I replace my roof. If you do business with them, make sure you talk to them about the clean up, since I'm still cleaning up after them.Review fromDebra A.

1 starDynamic replaced our roof, gutters, siding, several windows, repaired our chimney, replaced our chimney caps. Roof leaked more after being replaced than prior to the replacement. Several repairs have been attempted to the counter and step flashing and the roof still leaks. GAF came out and told the Dynamic representative that -1 “Hip Ventilation” needs to be removed for proper ventilation. Luis insisted that we needed this new technology or the roof would not be covered under warranty. This ventilation also cost an additional $1,000.00 -2 The Step Flashing needs to be replaced correctly. -3 The front Gutter needs to be addressed and the downspout moved. The windows were put improperly and had 2 to redone. The Attic windows are not sealed and do not fit properly. They broke 2 windows Destroyed our back and front lawn Broke our large concrete fountain Damaged 2 concrete window sills Damaged the concrete on the front of our garage Damaged our vehicle Left a huge mess for us to clean up Thanks to the roofing nails that were not cleaned up, 2 of our vehicles got flat tires and both tires had to be replaced. Beware before you hire this contractor! One of the repair crews didn’t realize I understood Spanish and called me a filthy name 3 times while talking to his crew. I ordered pizza for the crew and they threw the crust and some chicken bones in my yard. Worst experience one could imagine!
