They damaged my car detailing it by knocking the speaker out. They claimed it was "fragile" and that's why it happened. First, it's only 4 years old so nothing is that work out. Second, it is a *** and all **** are somewhat fragile. That's why someone who deals with cars on a daily basis should know to be careful with them. I still decided to give them a second chance and go back there for some minor paint repair and exterior detailing. I called the **** then went to turn in my keys. The owner was there and told me he didn't have time to address all of the paint issues. I went ahead and left the keys with him. While waiting for the **** I thought about it again and realized that I didn't want to pay for 2 **** rides twice to do a simple job so I asked for my keys back. The owner then became verbally abusive, heckling me and being nasty to me. I didn't know it was the owner at the time so I called back to speak with the manager. As she was apologizing the owner came in and started heckling me again, calling me a "class act," etc. I am asking for a refund for the **** I unnecessarily paid for and for him to pay a body shop to fix the speaker they broke and fix the paint that I cleared my work schedule to have fixed today.
