Back in 2020, I lived at a home where my 30 year mortgage was through First Federal Bank. I was on time with all my payments for the six years I had them. In March 2020, I received an alert on my credit for a late fee which dropped my credit score. I was not aware that there was a change in my mortgage as I was in the hospital so it was my mortgage was automatically being debited with the amount. Once I was made aware of the change I forwarded the balance before the due date of the 15th it was debited from my account and sent to the office that same day per my ***** auto bill pay. When I checked my credit score a few months back I realized that this was on my account. I am respectfully asking for it to be removed As I made 43 payments before this on time and this late fee is providing an negative impact on my credit score.
