      I took my vehicle in to have it cleaned on the interior and exterior on June 2nd, 2023. I was charged $35.00 for the services. When the vehicle was completed and I was signaled to enter, I saw that all me Weathertech floor mats were missing. I notified personnel immediately and ****** ***** manager, investigated by reviewing video. He informed me that the floormats were placed in the wrong vehicle and that vehicle had already left. He gave me his card and asked that I call at the end of the business day on June 3rd to see if the mats were returned. I've made several calls and left voicemessages on both the main phone number and *** ****** cell phone. I also sent an email to the business. Mr. **** informed me the day of the incident that they would replace the floormats if they hadn't been returned. At this time, the company has made no attempt to contact me regarding a remedy to this issue. I am seeking replacement of the floormats with the same Weathertech floormats in a timely manner before weather conditions cause the degradation of my interior.

      Hello, the claim has been resolved with the customer. The attached photo shows that the replacement mats, exactly matching those lost, were purchased and delivered. The mats were then given to the customer

      On 5/1/23 and 5/28 Jeffs car wash charged my account after saying in April of 2023 that they had cancelled my account. I cancelled my subscription of outside washes because the attendant/worker said I had to cancel my outside washes to upgrade to inside/outside wash. She said that when I came back, I could start a new account. They said my account was cancelled but I had the rest of April for outside washes. Instead my truck glass broke and I was unable to get car washes the last couple months since. They charged me anyway and when I went to the location, the manager said they could only refund one month because it has “been two months”. Let me remind you that I have not used their carwash since April. So why am I being charged on 5/1 and 5/28 for services I never got and after they told me my account was closed? I want a full refund of the two months because I never used their services and my account should show that.
