Transaction Date: The clock was dropped off at the business for repair on 9-19-2020. We have a ticket number. This included two clocks for repair. We picked up one clock approximately 2 years ago. The second clock is still at the business. We have attempted on multiple occasions to call the business, email the business and go to the location of the store. We cannot leave a message by phone, the recording refers you to the email address. We have left numerous emails, but to no avail! When we have gone to the store, the door is always locked. We are very discouraged and we want our clock back. Please help us navigate this situation. We just want our clock back. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The type of clock we left there is a Howard Miller George Nelson Mid-Century Modern wall Lucite clock. The current retail value is between $800 - $1200.Initial Complaint

My daughter took my Mother's school house wall clock to be repaired if possible, back in 2019. Since then I have called and texted with ***** on numerous occasions. I even ask more than once to "just send me my clock". At this point I only want it back. It seems he has no idea where my clock is.
