We are beyond frustrated with Commonwealth Technology / Visual Edge. We have been trying to return a copier unit since the first of July 2022. The lease expired and we have called, emailed, left voicemail and reached out on LinkedIn in an effort to get this resolved quickly. It is now October - and it is obviously not resolved. We should not owe anything since the unit is unplugged, not in use and we cannot seem to get Commonwealth Technology |Visual Edge to do their job. Additionally, I recently spoke with someone from the bank we leased from and provided the same information above. They sending us for collections because Commonwealth Technology |Visual Edge has not released it. Commonwealth Technology | Visual Edge needs to step up and fix this situation - which is now effecting our credit!Business response

The customer complaint is technically with the leasing company (the charges were coming from US Bank). The customer upgraded their equipment with another vendor and the lease had not been satisfied on her existing equipment. We did pick up and perform the return (in October) but the leasing company continued to pursue their fees.
Per the attached, the leasing company is waiving all overdue fees and working to remove the credit reporting. There is $41.11 in property taxes that we are going to pay to ensure the lease is 100% satisfied and the issue resolved.
