      My daughter, ******* ** ******** went to Affordable Dentures & Implants to have teeth extracted and dentures. She contracted with them for the Premium Package. She would get her first set of dentures and then in a year, she would receive a new set of better dentures. May 21, 2021, I paid $2,230 and the next day of her appointment May 22, 2021, I paid the remainder of $1,780. She received her first set dentures. Tragically, my daughter passed away last year without ever receiving the new and better set of dentures. Therefore, I believe her Estate is owed a partial refund. I have called to discuss this with their office. They said they would call me back. Which that never happened. Then I went to their office in person. Then I was told that they had a new computer program that made it impossible for them to access her account and that I would receive a call the next day. Which that never occurred. On November 18, 2022, I hand-delivered a letter as my daughter’s Administrator of her Estate requesting a copy of her file and a partial refund. The following Monday morning I received a call from their office wanting to verify my address (which was clearly on the letter) saying they were issuing a refund to be sent to their corporate office. To date, two months later, I have not received any response or refund from their corporate office. I have tried to call the Lexington office but no one ever answers; just advises to leave a voicemail. Given how they never returned my previous calls, I have not left a message. Any assistance in settling this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, ****** ******

      I paid for two sets of teeth 1 temporarily and 1 permanently. Around June 2021. Did not like my temporary teeth but they said that was how they where supposed to be. Way to big could not even wear them. Well told me perment would fit and look better no they don't they had to put a soft liner in them. Still don't fit right. I asked for a refund just on my perment teeth but they said they don't do that. That's not what my paper says if I am not happy with them I could get refund. All I wanted was a refund on perment teeth I do not like them and they are way to big that's the reason they put liner in them. And I can not wear them. Thanks *** ********

      I spent 750 on economy dentures. They came out very slanted on the bottom and the top fall out. They didn't see anything wrong with them when I went to complain. They tried to sell me more teeth. The dentures are unwearable but they said they are good. Never ever in my life have I been to a place where they deny work.

      On April 28, 2022 I received my "premium dentures" from Affordable Dentures in Lexington, KY. This set costed me $1850. I was supposed to get a premium set of dentues that were made of better quality material. They were supposed to be thinner and have gum detail that more closely matched real gums . I went in for an adjustment on May 12, 2022 and I asked them to file the gums down more because I couldn't close my lips all the way. I was told that they can't and I should have said something during my wax try-in (you try the teeth in while they're mounted in wax so you can see how they look). I told the assistant that I said something at EVERY wax try in about not wanting my lips to stick out from thick gums and their response EVERY time was that the wax try-in was for the placement of the teeth and not the fit. This set is my 2nd set with them. The first set that this one replaced was horrible also. The teeth were pushed so far forward that when I would bite food, the denture would dislodge and I couldn't eat so they replaced them with this set that isn't any better. There is also a gap between the front 2 teeth that wasn't there in my wax try-in and I have pictures to prove that. The front 2 teeth were rounded and I asked them to file them straight. They're jagged and not straight. The teeth have a lot of pink acrylic material on them in multiple places. I've been to 3 adjustments total for these dentures and they didn't fix that either time. The gum detail, which is supposed to make them appear more natural, is just where they stuck a dremel type tool to the denture and made round indentions and it's not natural looking at all. There are see through places also in the gums. I would like a refund since they have made me 2 permanent sets now and they've both been unusable or have really bad craftsmanship.

      On June 21st 2019, i purchased the Ultimate Fit Package, which included a temporary set, and prepayment in full for the permanent set to be installed a year later. We had to move in December of 2019, and planned to come back in June of 2020 to complete the service. Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, we were unable to travel. Repeated calls and emails over several months went unanswered. When i finally got through, i tried to get my service transferred to the franchise that is close to my home, and was told that wasn't possible. I finally got an appointment, on November 22nd 2021,which i drove over 12hrs for, and the day before the appointment, i received a call that the office was being closed for a week. They offered to reschedule the appointment, which is not possible. At that time, i again requested either a refund of the unused service or transfer, but was told someone would call me back. Given the repeated history of not following up, i doubt they will.
