Let me begin by saying the service I paid for was quality work. However, what follows is not. I went to this office on the 3rd of June, paid for the service in full, and then ask the receptionist for a claim form to file on my insurance, which she did. She filled out the form wrong first of all, she did not update my PPI once she so called Corrected the miss information I faxed it to my insurance company. I later received a letter from my insurance company that the claim had be paid to the provider. I called the Dentist office and informed them of the situation and she stated she would get that fixed right away. She has not. I have been told lie after lie. I then ask to speak with doctor whom the check was made out to, and she informed me I could not speak to the Doctor as he is to busy. She then gives me the number to their so called corporate office, only to find out it is a call center that handles an overflow of the local branches calls. Needless to say I still don’t have my money and it has been 60 days or so since the service. The doctor needs to get new help. Individuals like her “bad customer service”will hurt a good doctors practice!!!!!

This place is a joke. I was supposed to see the dentist about implants. He was on vacation and I didn't find out until I was already there. I was told that they could do my x-rays and he would look at them Monday when he returned. The girl that did the x-rays had me remove my earrings but left my Dentures in which didn't make sense. Didn't hear from them for 3 weeks until I called them. He still hadn't looked at the x-rays buy when he did he said they were clear. I told them that I had to see another dentist in the meantime and had to have sugeery because of an issue that he didn't see. Asked for a refund because of all the lies I was told and the poor service. I was denied and was told that he could still do the implants. I very abruptly denied. DO NOT GO TO DR T******* AND AFFORDABLE DENTURES!!

Same day service is a lie. The second day I went to pick up my teeth the assistant admittedly said she lost my impression and asked me to come back in a hour and half later. When I returned she gave me some teeth that didn't even fit, and pushed me out the door turning off the lights and locking it behind me because it was their closing time. When I called the next morning telling them they didn't even fit in my mouth they put me off a month to come back in and when I showed up to that appointment. they said they didn't have time to do another impression and kept the teeth that I had that didn't fit. I requested a refund and they refused to give me a full refund. Said they had to keep 20%. So 3 trips $959 they have and no teeth. I am very dis-satisfied when they should be responsible when the assistant on day 2 admittedly said they lost the impression they should have re-done the impression instead of trying to pull off one that was not mine. I live Hour and and half away. The whole experience has been horrible. The run around they have given me has costed gas money going longer without teeth and now they have $959 of mine and I have nothing to show for it. After many complaints they did schedule me back a day to re-impress but opinion they were in the wrong to begin with.

I was given a panoramic X-ray without use of the lead apron and thyroid protection. When I asked why didn't they give me one and that I forgot, the lady also forgot but said "no big deal you get more from the sun." It is unnecessary exposure and I shouldn't have to remind the tech to do her job.
