**** has failed at communication with us about our fence and stairs. last June 2020 he took a $500 deposit but then covid hit and wood supply decreased and that was the first excuse on delaying the project . I had tried calling and texting to speak with him many times, the last time we spoke was on April 2021 with a text from him that he has been out of town and hopes to come do the fence soon when he gets back. He neglects to answer when i call or text back . we been very patient and understanding because of the pandemic but he ignores our calls since our last text. We would like our deposit back to be resolved or we would have to file a small claimsBusiness response
