I contacted Jiff because there peanut butter replacement coupons expired before the company got the typoe and size in to the grocery stores in my area. The rep emailed me back asked for a picture of them and I sent that 4 times she has not returned my email or wont respond.Business response

We take all consumer concerns seriously and always act in good faith to come to a satisfactory resolution. With regard to this matter, as background, on August 4th, 2022, a total of eight high value coupons were mailed to *** ****** to replace his Jif® Peanut Butter. Please note that this included coupons incremental to the value of his product in recognition of the inconvenience he suggested. Based on our tracking, it appears *** ****** used five of these coupons before the expiration date. While we do not show receipt of the pictures requested, we are mailing three additional coupons to *** ****** which should be received within the next 10 days.Initial Complaint

The Jif peanut butter went on Recall last summer and we had some of the recalled product. we filled and submitted all the necessary forms and received a response that we were going to get a coupon to reimburse use for the cost of the product that we had to throw out because of the salmonella outbreak last May- June 2022. We never received any compensation for the products we purchased and had to throw out. We have sent the company several emails but have gotten no response after the intial response in which they said they would be sending our refund. I have enclosed our only correspondence and we could not reach anyone by phone.Business response

We are committed to supporting consumers who have product impacted by the voluntary recall initiated on select Jif® products. Unfortunately, the emails replied to by the consumer was an unmonitored email box. We apologize for the delay in reimbursement and are mailing high value product coupons to replace her impacted Peanut Butter and which she should receive within the next 7 to 10 days.
