Granite Depot installed my granite kitchen countertop. On one side it is one long piece of granite. Beautiful! On the other side, they said it cracked while they were working on it, so they used two pieces and seamed them together. Our agreement was that there would only be one seam in the middle of the sink, which I agreed to. This is very disappointing. It is quite unsightly. When I complained, I was told that the owner said there was nothing they could do. I wish I had checked the BBB site before I signed my contract with Granite Depot. They care nothing about customer satisfaction. They deserve a "C" rating. DO NOT deal with Granite Depot. They could have removed the faulty pieces and installed a new single piece of granite. The owner refused. Bah Humbug!!!!!Review from Carsyn G

$200 faucet that was in perfect working order before the company entered my home was damaged with missing pieces. The owner would not even have anyone come out and fix it or replace the pieces. So I have to replace the faucet myself. Additionally my walls and cabinets around the counter installation were damaged. Disappointing service overall.Review from Amy S

this company in the beginning told us we would have no issues with having a backsplash and wouldn't have to remove it and said we would have no problems with installation then when the person came to do the stencil they indeed told us that we would have to hire someone to remove it ourselves we told we didn't want to do that and didn't want to spend more money after being told it wouldn't be an issue in the first part! the communication was absolutely awful no one reached out or spoke to us about it we had to reach out to request refunds we were told absolutely no full refund would be issued even though this was their own mistake and had no intentions on being honest from the start! this company has been a headache from start to finish!
