              I had used BBB to find someone to repair lawn damage. I got one reply and he met with me. I accepted, and I got a mysterious call from Lawn Works asking me to approve it, so I did. I thought this was the owner with the first guy, as he was the only one who had contacted me. Soon a man was working to repair the damage. I didn't know if Lawn Works ever came here, so I had no suspicion that the work was being done by them! Lawn Works charged more than what I approved with the first company, so he agreed to match the lower price. I explained all this to the first man because he had been cheated out of the job. When grass came up, it grew quickly and grew very tall, some at three feet when my lawn didn't even need cutting. I complained to Lawn Works and he said he'd send someone out (while I went on a week vacation). Upon my return All that grass was gone, with just the straw remaining. Now, weeks later, nothing is growing there! My gardener said it was killed, since NOTHING grows there! This was how Lawn Works solved the problem! This is NOT satisfactory, and I DO NOT want Lawn Works near my property EVER AGAIN!

              We at Lawn Works, Inc have set a high standard for ourselves for more than 30 years and we are sorry to hear our service did not match your expectations.
              We received the BBB lead, responded quickly, submitted a quote, which was given the green light by you. We were not aware of any interactions you may have had with another company until you discussed the price, which we then agreed to match.
              When you informed us of the Johnson grass that had popped up (which happens in nature - we did not plant it), we came out to look at the area of concern and to spray it. We had planned to re seed the area at our expense once we were positive that it had been eradicated.
              We regret that you refused to discuss where we are in the process of renovating your lawn.
              As you may be aware, there has been an invasion of Army Worms in our city and we were investigating the best way to treat them before growing new grass that they would just destroy.
              We would be more than willing to complete the process at no charge. Our goal is always customer satisfaction.
