    Lexington Outdoor Power Equipment put a new pump on my pressure washer. When I went to use the pressure washer it was spraying water out of one of the O rings. I sent a picture. I called them, they said to bring it in for repair. When I picked it up, it looked a little off so i questioned if it had got mixed up and maybe wasn’t mine, they ensured it was so I took the pressure washer home and the following week went to use it for work. I was at a customers house had their patio cleared off and ready for cleaning and noticed it was missing the adaptor for the hose. I started looking at the machine and noticed the pump that was on it was an old pump, this holds the missing adaptor. I called and ask the lady about it, she said to hurry bring it up and they will fix it. I got there there were 3 of them at the counter telling me my pump hadn’t been changed but clearly in the pictures it was different. They offered to make sure it worked but never wanted to admit they changed the pump. I have pictures of mine and the one that is on it now. The one now is old. They were not honest with me and never tried to make any agreement on making it right. When I went in they told me they only changed the manifold and that it was dirty with soap in it bc the mechanic ran soap through to test it. When talked to the mechanic he said he did not replace the manifold he only fixed the o rings and he did not run any soap in it. He didn’t want to say anything else just said to talk to them at the desk. They were not honest.

    Took new mower to them per Briggs and Stratton to have engine worked on because is was cutting out. All they did was to clean the carb and gas tank which was not dirty. I got the mower back and it had the same problem, Briggs and Stratton told me to take it back and that they would have Outdoor Power to check a couple of things. Outdoor power was supposed to call Briggs when I brought the mower back in so they could try something different. Outdoor failed to call Briggs and cleaned the carb and gas tank again saying it had bad gas but the gas in the mower was the same gas the Outdoor Power put in the 1st time I took it to them. When asked about leaving mower out in the rain they said if you don't like don't come back. Well since the left the mower in the rain and the bearings now rusted on the drive train and I'll have to replace and pay I will take their advice as others should to as don't do business with them. Also most un-professional workers there you can tell that they don't care about the customer just money.

    Mr. R*** brought his unit in we cleaned the carb and remove bad gas. It ran when it left here. He returned the mower over a month later and you can not tell me that he did not mow his grass for over a month considering he wanted it done quickly because of that reason. yes i forgot to call when the unit came in. I am sorry . Since it was not a warranty issue the first time i saw no reason why it would be this time. Briggs and Stratton has a strict policy on carburetor work most of the time not covered by warranty because they say it is user error and most of the time it is, as it was in this case. As for it sitting outside yes our units do sit outside our warehouse is not big enough to store them indoors and i am sure Mr. R*** saw this when he dropped it off because he would have dropped it off where they are stored. Mr. r*** has had a bad attitude with us even though we did not sell him his unit. He purchased the unit from another company. If you ask him why he did not return to them he will tell you because they do not do repair work only sales. We refunded his money on the second trip and told him since he was not our customer he should take his equipment somewhere else to have any future repairs or service done to his unit. He has been nothing but hateful and wanted things done for free ever since he came to us.
