I purchased a 50cc moped that cost me over $2,000. We have nothing but malfunctioning issues with this since around the 1st week of purchase. Not only would he not answer the calls, but when he did say he would come out to fix it, he would show. My son ended up wrecking this moped, due to the brakes giving out. He was suppose to come fix it, never showed. When he did, he told my son, "I don't believe that, you're going to have to come up with a better story". Completely unprofessional! He has refused any sort of refund for this and I'm still paying for it! His shop is disgusting, that should have been my first sign. I went to this man because he knows someone in my home, personally. Never again will I do business there. He also then proceeded to call a friend of ours and told her that we were liars.

First of all I want to say that I'm sorry that he has had so many issues not only with the scooter that she(his mother) purchased from me but also the one that he purchased prior to mine (online amazon)that he totaled saying it to had issues as well. But back to the issue. I do remember the first time the scooter was idleling low, now most shop's rules are if you have a problem bring the defective unit back to the shop to get it repaired. He brought it back and I repaired it. The second issue occurred after the warranty. To which I said well if the front brakes malfunction I'll be glad to come to your house to check it out. I get there the brake worked just fine, and in fact I held the lever back and ask her son to push and try to move the scooter forward to which he tried and agreed the brakes (front and rear)work.. And I explained that a malfunction on a hydraulic front brake could be caused by a broken line to which his wasn't or a missing bolt that held the calibre and that wasn't
the case. The best I can figure is he pulled the front brake locked it and it slid thus not stopping immediately. So as it relates to a faulty product that he told his mom it's not true and I told him he needs to come up with another story. I align the handlebar back as they should have been and he rode it to work. As far as me calling up a friend and telling her that the whole family lied that's not true.
