The representatives are wonderful! The policies are terrible! I was left with a $1000+ gas bill after 8 months of not receiving bills in the mail (assuming it was still on auto-pay); turns out it was not on auto pay. I paid $400 on it on the 22nd of July after being told they would do a payment plan when I called in for my next payment. In August, they cut me off on the 21st when I have screenshots of their app saying I had till the 22nd to pay the bill. Called in, they won't turn it on without FULL PAYMENT.Review from Ellen M

I've always found the representatives friendly and informative. Their website allows customers to start, stop, and move service which is very convenient.Review from Kelsey R

I have been a customer of Colombia Gas at my current location for 6 months. I checked my May bill and discovered it was $931.00 (I am on the budget plan, so I pay the same amount year round, even in the summer, so no winter surprises). To say I was surprised to find my May statement was more than my house payment was an understatement. Upon contacting Colombia Gas for an explanation, they said it was a "settle up" for the past 6 months. They told me that there was a mistake on their end for not figuring the budget correctly. But their mistake is now my problem. I totally understand that I used the gas, but shouldn't the settle up be at the year mark? Nope, May is their settling month on their end regardless of when you started service. After speaking to customer service, then their supervisor, all they could do was credit $50. I asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor and after 48 hours I'm still waiting for that call. Curious if they will pay me back for services not used after the summer even though I will be paying way more than what I will be using. Extremely disappointed as a customer and a consumer in this company with no real help.
