June 1 2023 vehicle goes for svc for no start issue. NOV 1 vehicle complete $7000.00 for repairs there were no courtesy vehicles offered for some reason Mileage in/ and mileage out were the same meaning vehicle was never test driven When I received vehicle back there were parts in passenger seat and tech gloves and hose clamps left off intake lines The car did not last 60 before breaking down Contacted dealership had vehicle returned for repairs and now the dealership wants $20,000 for a new engine replacement I am a disabled. veteran i don't have much and feel they are taking advantage of me and another of other people and comparing there prices for svc and parts they are the highest price audi dealership compared to ohio and other states in this country and poorest svc. I've been a tech for a long time I told the tech they is not professional and quality is not there and it seems that the tech drop and or debree got into the engine when he tore the motor down and supposedly put it back together.Business response

We sold the Audi dealership to the Farmer Automotive Group in July. I am so sorry for the problems that you have experienced with your Audi and with the dealership. While I can not offer a refund or any adjustment for what has been paid to date, I do know that the General Manager and the Farmer Automotive Group are both honorable.
Have you reached out to Audi corporate? It's unlikely, but perhaps, your car is subject to a factory recall.
Audi of Lexington has been renamed and is now owned and operated the Farmer Automotive Group. The new name is "Audi Lexington."
