      If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership has been absolutely ridiculous to work with. Sold my wife a Yukon Denali with 3 of the 4 tire pressure sensors bad, AND all 4 shocks blown. Upon test driving the vehicle, she stopped at an advanced auto parts to have it scanned and it threw a tire pressure sensor code. When she gets back to tell them, the salesperson tells her it’s just the cold weather. No buddy, it’s not. Very next day finding out the shocks are blown, we call to ask them to have them fixed. They tell us it passed safety check. Well sir, shocks won’t cause a failed safety test. It’s been 2 months, and all we get is a run around, let me talk to so and so and get back to you. I’ve got saved pics and texts from day 1. The owner calls me and offers to pay half. No sir, they were busted when you sold the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to fix all 4 shocks and tire pressure sensors prior to selling a vehicle. Then he tries to tell me, well your wife declined the warranty we tried to sell her. Again, I’m not stupid buddy, your warranties don’t cover wear and tear parts of the vehicle, so it wouldn’t have done any good anyway. 2 months and I still can’t get any resolution. I’ll be happy to share all the pics of our conversations up to this point. Simply ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

      I found the car I wanted at Courtesy on Wheels and pretty much knew when I took it for a test drive on a rainy January day that I’d take it home. My sales guy, Lamont, was very professional and genuine, I believe. When we went to discuss terms and financing I was approved and we moved through the process fairly easily. The only concern I had was, “what if I drive off the lot and something happens?” Lamont assured me they’d take care of me. After all, he wants a lifetime customer. Sounds sweet! During the test drive an interior light didn’t come on as expected when I pushed a button. I asked about that. Lamont stated they’d look into it and fix it if it were not working. This made me feel very comfortable driving the car home that day. But I was weary about the terms of “as-is” that I had to sign. I reiterated more than once, “what if something isn’t right when I leave?” He assured me I’d be taken care of. I took possession of the car that day. Also bought the best warranty they offered. Felt pretty good about the deal. Car is great. It’s perfect for our family. Sweet! Two or three days later after it stopped raining I noticed a tear in the tint on the passenger side of the windshield. The day I test drove it, the tear coincidentally had been concealed behind some papers taped on the inside, and with the rain I simply hadn’t noticed it. There is also a large scratch above the tear. I took photos and sent them to Lamont. I’m really not worried about it at that point. I’m confident I’ll be made complete. Lamont says he has to run it by his manager and assured me he’s made it a priority. There was some delay, and nearly 6 weeks into having the car I’m told I’ll have to take care of it myself. Not sweet :( I took them at their word and this one small detail is all it took to completely sour the entire experience of buying my first car from a dealership. This isn’t how you establish the lifetime value of a customer…

      I'm glad to report that I was able to address the issue with the windshield tint and that Courtesy on Wheels took care of it to my satisfaction. It's always reassuring when a dealership stands behind their promise to make things right if something goes wrong. I had a good overall experience with your salesperson, Lamont, and felt confident in my purchase after buying the best warranty they offered.

      WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. Was given a sales price to submit to my bank by salesman, got approved, sales mgr found out I was not doing in house financing, so he increased sales price to original asking price, says he didn’t agree to the price originally given to me by salesman, and then applied INCORRECT INCREASED STATE TAX to pocket even more money. Made mgr aware of correct tax, he refused to fix numbers on his end, told us we would pay that number or not purchase the vehicle at all. He refused a check from my bank to purchase the vehicle because we were “out of state”. Worst car buying experience I have ever dealt with. Very rude and cocky sales manager who refuses to negotiate whatsoever even when his numbers are proven wrong!

      I have had a poor experience with Courtesy Acura recently buying a used car. I completed the forms for tax, tag, and registration at the time of the purchase in November 2022. I was given a temporary tag. This tag is now about to expire and I have still received no permanent tag. I spoke with my county clerk and the title transfer did not occur until 1/6/2023, the day I sent a message to the salesman at the dealership about the problem. I have spoken with the dealership, and they have not effectively addressed the problem of me not having the tag.
