Horrible experience at Green's Service Department. Purchased a Used 21 RAV4 upon driving it home I kept hearing a noise when I applied the Brakes. Went back to Greens withing 5 days of purchasing the car. The services department looked at the car and the shims were not properly placed. The fixed the problem with no charge, drove off the lot and the next day the noise was still there. Took the car back the 2nd time and they could not hear the noise the service attendant stated that all RAV4's have this noise and thar it was rust on the breaks and when the car was driven for a few minutes it would stop. WRONG! I recorded the noise the 3rd time and went back to Green's and they stated that they found the problems with the front brakes and the router. Great again No charge. At this point I have spent thee days having the car inspected and supposedly fixed. Within a day the car was making the same noise. Went today to another mechanic and he installed new brakes and routers. Guess what no Noise. I will never trust Green's again. Oh by the way, this is the 4th car and the only used car I have bought from them. Goodbye to Green's Toyota.Green's Toyota of Lexington Response

Worst experience ever at a dealership, sales man Nick was rude and disrespectful repeatedly got caught in not telling the truth trying to be deceptive and when caught even with help from finance guy was told didn’t add up then when we seen wasn’t going anywhere things escalated to the point we said we’re done and nick got ruder was told not to hold door open he did anyways and was told to get off my back and didn’t we went ahead and left but the experience at greens was totally awful wouldn’t ever go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go ever! The owners should have better employees than that better control over what goes on in there store. Have baught new there and sent two siblings prior this past year and baught new but be assured never again! And plan to make a complaint to Toyota about the experience also!Review from Adam M

I came by Greens to look for a vehicle for my wife. We were looking to trade in our 2012 Toyota Sienna. They low balled us with a $2,000 trade in value, in which Dan Cummings already offered us $5900 cash value for. We left and said we would talk about it. We texted salesman and gave them exact price we are wiling to pay for a used vehicle with our trade in. He told us to come on down and we can work it out. I drove 25 minutes to be lied to basically. The lowest they would go was $9,000 more than what we said we could give. They acted like they were totally oblivious to this. I have viewed the text messages between Vu and yourself and under no circumstances did the Sales Consultant lie to anyone. Upon the 2nd visit we were able to get an additional $1,500 for the trade in for a total of $3,500. We are sorry that you feel this was not an acceptable deal and that you will not return.

I went to Green's to confirm if they were allocated a 2023 GR-Supra A91-MT. They confirmed they were. The vehicle was confirmed via a standard Toyota Pricing Sheet. Although the base MSRP was N/A, there was a $9,990 "cost" noted under Total Installed Packages & Accessories. As there are NO accessory packages that match this price, it was explained to me as an added "fee" that would provide NO services or packages to me. This is a dealer add on cost that Green's knows they can get away with it. Green's excessive greed has soured my new car experience with Toyota at a time when I was looking forward to some retirement fun. If I cannot find another A91-MT, I will buy the 2023 GR Supra 3.0 Premium MT model from another dealership when it is available.Green's Toyota of Lexington Response

We do have Dealer Installed packages that we add to our vehicles here. These packages can vary by model and by what accessories are available and installed for that model.Review from Phillip H

I took my Rav4 in for repair in good faith. I was given two specific price estimates for repair and a third option, ordering an ECU, for which there was no price estimate given. The service advisor said they wouldn't have price until they could get it ordered. I chose that option, presuming I would have been advised of the price before continuing. Not only was the ECU extremely over-priced at $954.80, it didn't fix the issue. The assistant service manager returned my call to say that everything was explained to me by the service advisor and that Toyota doesn't take back electronic items and there was nothing further they could do. My response was that the advisor was quick to point out $6,000 and $2,000 repairs but no price for the ECU. He was very apologetic but again said there was nothing they could do. I disagree. I would like a refund of the $954.80 for an ECU that I wasn't advised on, didn't agree to and that didn't fix the issue. Please. Please. Be Extremely Wary of Dealing With the Service Department at Green's Toyota. Please get a written estimate up front.Green's Toyota of Lexington Response

When Mr H******* came in he told us that the ECU was the problem.
We followed procedures of the Toyota Service bulitin and attempted a repair, if this repair failed to fix the issue, order and replace the ECU was the next step.
The customer was infomred and all repairs and services were itemized. The customer also agreed to all services for the vehicle.
He has spoken with Marion B***** our Service director, he was asking for the ECU to be taken off the vehicle and returned, this is not a standard practice. Mr B***** informed him that this is somethig we can not do, but he would be happy to check on Tuesday to make sure he is correct in that statement when the Parts Manager is back in town (However very very unlikely)
