              On 8/26/23, we contacted Fast Flow Plumbing about fixing an emergency water issue. The issue couldn't be completely resolved that day & the company would come back in 2 days to fix the issue. The employee who came to the house charged us $1,250 & said it was a deposit going to the full bill. However, on 8/28/23 when the work was completed the employee (different one than who showed up on 8/26/23) requested the full amount of $6,264.02. I (owner) of the home called the company and asked about why we were still charged the full amount. The office manager said that was incorrect & would mail us a refund. A few weeks (now now 2 months) have gone by and no refund has been given. I have called & emailed the business numerous times requesting a refund & sending them appropriate documentation but they still haven't issued a check. All we want is to have our $1,250 that is owed to us back.

              Their website says free estimates. Mine cost almost $200. My gray line is clogged. I called & asked if they were in my town. I was told yes. I asked if estimates are free. I was told yes. They said they would be here next day between 2 & 4pm. Tech arrived at 9:45am, asked what the problem was. I explained clogged line further than my snake could reach (18ft). He said he would use his. It was a 25 ft auger & didn’t resolve the clog. He then dug a hole in my yard & wrote up a “suitable repair” quote for $1750 and a “proper leach system replacement” for $4000. He then gave me a bill for diagnosis of $194.95 ($25 fuel charge since he wasn’t local & $169.95 diagnosis). I told him that I thought estimates are free. He said he couldn’t provide an estimate before diagnosing. He called dispatch & said they could have him back the next day and none of my $195 charges could be applied to the cost of repair. He was gone by 10:45am.
