Mr Hager did an excellent job for me. He removed all the old iron water lines and replaced them with PEX. He also installed a new hot water heater and toliet. This was a big job and he was very professional and explained what he would be doing. He cleaned up every day and made sure I had running water each day. I would recommend him for any job and he is very pleasant, patient, and professional.Review from Jenny S

Mr Hager is a gentleman a professional. He was not only able to come out on the day that I hired him to fix a broken toilet at my office but I was in the middle of a zoom hearing when he walked in the door. He very politely went and fix my toilet and then left his card on the desk because I was still in a closed office conducting my hearing. I didn't even know he had left. I didn't have any staff working here that day to make sure he was paid or see him out the door. I just couldn't recommend him more. He was economical, quick, and professional! What more could you ask for? The bigger plumbing companies charge you just to come out and tell you how much they're going to charge you later. Not so with Hager Plumbing. One visit, one fee, and it was fixed! He didn't even charge me for the part!Review from Kyle H

Raymond is a thoughtful, patient, and honest guy with a deep knowledge of plumbing concepts. He was willing to take the time to explain why previous plumbing work at my house was done inadequately (and likely by an amateur), and how it should have been done differently. He performed two jobs for me: installing a bucket pump and vent for a washing machine in the basement, and a sump pump redirect. The expectations for how much each project would cost, how long it would take, and the steps he would go through to get the jobs done were crystal clear. Both jobs turned out great. I now have a working washing machine setup and I'm directing rainwater runoff and so forth into my backyard instead of into the sanitary sewer system. On top of his professional demeanor, expert knowledge, and a rare knack for common sense, Raymond also possesses unparalleled work ethic. I would certainly recommend him to others and will have him in mind for any future plumbing needs.Review from Bettie P

this is the second time i have used Raymond. (two different addresses) was very impresses with his work ethic. He's knowledgeable shows up when he says he going to be there and I feel totally confident that the problem is solved. 1st time was in 2018 (didn't know about the reviews on BBB) the 2nd time was today. I highly recommend Hager Plumbing!!!
