Despite no scheduled contract or payment until January, she dedicated three unpaid months to ensure a seamless transition, showcasing her commitment to our community. Ann's proactive problem-solving and community care were evident during an unexpected snowfall when her team promptly cleared our neglected trash area, prioritizing resident safety. She also invested significant hours guiding me through complex bank and financial transitions, overcoming obstacles from the bank's lack of customer service. Thanks to her efforts, our vendor payments, bill processing, owner collections, and violations enforcement proceeded seamlessly. Ann's expertise in real estate management and board-related matters brought invaluable support to our exhausted board team. She facilitated cost-saving measures, securing a new insurance company, a more robust yet budget-friendly landscaping contract, and other vendor improvements, contributing to the growth of our Reserves. The dedication, expertise, and genuine care Ann and her team bring to our property management are commendable. As someone deeply involved in communication and detail, I'm impressed by ARPM’s thorough handling of tasks.
