If you want the work done right use another business. We had work done almost 2 years ago and everything is falling apart. I wish you could leave pictures. When we called about 9 months in to take advantage of the “warranty” they came up with a million excuses as to why they could not honor it. Plus the original quote was for 30,000 and it ended up being over 40,000 because they snuck in a bunch of extras that they claimed was not included. Like patching holes and edging for the floors. Nails are coming through the dry way. The ceiling is coming down. Cracks in the walls. Poorly done sanding, just to name a few. Now we are out over 40,000 and have to redo almost all of it. Use another company because this one is horrible. Plus when my husband called him he cursed him out. Not very professional.

Our company made every effort to address the concerns of this customer. Prior to completion of their project, we asked them to write up and submit to us a punch list of any remaining items that they had concern with. We then completed those items and were paid in full. Several days later, we followed up with the customer to see if they were completely satisfied with the project. The customer stated that they still had a few additional concerns that they wanted addressed, despite having already completed one punch list. We then returned again onsite, documenting all concerns with a photo that were then written up into a formal punch list by our company. We completed those items, and the customer signed the punch list, stating that they were now and fully satisfied with all project work. Almost a year passed before we heard from the customer again, who wrote stating they had a few warranty-related issues they wanted to claim. We scheduled an appointment to review the warranty items requested. We did offer to address most all of the 4 or 5 minimal concerns brought forth, even though they were primarily related to wear and tear, which we as company do not typically cover per our policy expressed in advance. However, there was one item that we were unable to cover at all under the warranty, which was a missing trim piece that the customer stated we had missed installing during the project. We stated that we could not cover this item, because two punch lists had been completed, in which the trim piece was never listed as missing, and now almost a year at this point had passed without any communication to us regarding the missing trim piece. Thereafter, the customer then began stating in lieu of our not covering the one item, that they now had many more than 4 or 5 issues with the project and were just now mentioning these other issues a year later, because they felt rushed at time of completion. In turn, one of the owners then reached out to the customer to better understand how everyone could have arrived at a point that two punch lists had been completed - with the project paid in full, yet the customer now had so many new issues almost a year later. Additionally, many of the customer’s concerns that were brought up on that call with one of the owners, were seemingly related to just basic ongoing maintenance and repair of a home that we as a company would not be responsible for or were in any way related to our original project scope. The customer also had ongoing termite issues, which posed for further concern on our end related to many of these newfound issues. Nevertheless, we did offer the customer an opportunity to send in another formal list of any issues they had in writing for us to review, in which we never received or had any phone calls following, until this BBB review was left - almost 2 years in passing now. It should also be noted that each customer is provided an estimate and a contract that details each and every service we are going to complete during the project. We find it hard to imagine that anything could be “snuck in,” as we require a signed change order to be completed for every added service. If anything, during the course of this project, the customer added many new services to their agreement, such as having a whole other room renovated with new sheetrock and then painted. We also are not sure where the cursing accusation came from but are more-so disappointed overall that we could not please this customer, despite that we feel that we went above and beyond in attempting to.
