The 1st Team Member I met was Drew. Drew was very polite, very friendly, and thoroughly explained AIC's "step by step" approach. I chose to confidently sign and move forward with AIC. The 2nd "Team" member who contacted me was their Production Manager Joey, again very polite and knowledgeable. He reassured me that he would provide support and information concerning when the materials would arrive and when the roofing crew would be on site. This was very comforting to have someone who was constantly in control of your project and constantly keeping you up to date. When the project begins, the 3rd "Team" Member contacts you to go over what is going to be done and if you have any special requests. I had Taylor as my Jobsite Supervisor. He was on the jobsite every minute that the crew was working on the roof, giving directions, taking pictures all day long and posting them on AIC's link to document their quality of work. A week after the completion of the roof, the 4th Team member called me, Dave. Dave is highly trained and skilled in the roofing industry, and he set up a time where he and I could go over the roof and inspect it together, making sure that it was installed with the craftsmanship that lives up to the reputation and expectations of AIC. Once Dave gave the roof his stamp of approval, the warranty certificates were signed and given to me. AIC is like a professional basketball team with Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Players involved with the process. I was very impressed with the “Team” approach of AIC that led to a beautiful roof replacement for my Commercial Building and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They worked very fast and efficiently. Tarps were put down to catch debris. They cleaned everything up and ran a magnet around to make sure there were no stray nails. After the job was finished, a supervisor checked the roof to make sure everything was done properly before he collected the money.

I was very happy with the roof replacement that AIC did for us. From the first contact to the last, every member of the company was helpful, knew their stuff, and fulfilled their promises—on schedule. The crew was really hard-working (barely broke for lunch), and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I would definitely recommend AIC for roof replacement.

We were lied to about our roof contract. We were told 25% down and remaining balance to be paid in 12months. They were friendly until the day after roof completion. Then they started blowing up my phone demanding full payment. They are now lying and stating they never made that agreement with us. Also, they made me sign a paper for " so called preexisting" damages after they had already been working at my house for the entire day. Also, witnessed one of the workers zipping up his pants after using the bathroom in my backyard. Even if I think the roof looks good, this is the worst contractor I have ever done business with. We are not okay with been lied to about paying within 12 months and full payment being demanded. Dishonest.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us. We would have liked to have gone through these issues with you over the phone or in person, unfortunately that opportunity was not granted. Even so, we’d like to go through the issues you listed and address each of them. First, you felt that we lied about the contract terms, and believed that you had 12 months to pay for the services rendered. This is a serious misunderstanding, and we understand the frustration that would occur as a result. We would like to restate that the option to pay over 12 months was (and still is) available to you with a co-signer through our financing provider. Originally you had applied without a co-signer and ultimately that payment option was unavailable to you at that time. We confirmed with the financing company that they had provided you with a written explanation for that decision via email, as well as through standard mail. Additionally, upon reviewing your contract, there is a section that lists out the various financing options that were presented and all were shown to have been rejected on the document, with a line drawn through each one. In the “Grand Total” total area, the “Check” option is selected rather than the “Financing” option, which notes how the customer intends to pay. Below that box it reads: PAYMENT TERMS: 25% DEPOSIT & BALANCE UPON COMPLETION”. This section was confirmed and your initials are next to that box. At the bottom of the document there is a one line work authorization which states: “BALANCE WILL BE PAID UPON COMPLETION'', with your signature. We believe that we clearly disclosed the payment terms during the proposal and acceptance process, and your initials and signature confirm that you were given an opportunity to read and understand it. However, it is our desire that our contracts be as clear and simple as possible for customers to understand. If there are ways we can improve our layout and text we would be happy to hear those suggestions. Secondly, you stated that we have been unfriendly to you after the completion of your roof and that we were “blowing up” your phone demanding payment – Again we are sorry if you have felt aggressively pursued by us, it was certainly not intended. Looking over the timeline, your roof was completed on the 23rd of November and due to Thanksgiving, it was not until Nov. 30th that our Office Coordinator reached out to you to schedule the walkthrough. The inspection was scheduled for the 8th of December, however, it was canceled at your request on the 1st of December. While we did go back and forth reaching out to schedule the walk-through and discuss your concerns with payment, our call records show that no aggressive tactics were used to speak to you, or to collect the balance owed. Thirdly, you feel like you were pressured to sign our “Pre-Installation Report”, after we had already been working on your property. While we don’t force anyone to sign them, they are a great way to document any damages that were pre-existing to the home prior to the job. Jobsite Supervisors are instructed to get the report to the customer as soon as possible on the day of installation and our CRM shows you didn't receive the report until the morning of the second day. Despite receiving the report late, all of the pictures are time and date stamped by the software and show that all of the damages recorded existed before the installers started working. Generally we try to go through this in person but we had to send to you via email since you had elected to not be home throughout the project. Finally, you claim to have witnessed an installer zipping up his pants after using the bathroom in your backyard. This is definitely a serious case of misconduct. This would be very out of character for our workmen, and we certainly apologize for such an offensive act. If you could provide a description or details that would help us identify the individual we will pursue strict disciplinary actions. In closing, each of your complaints are issues we take seriously and we would love the opportunity to discuss these matters further with you. It seems that the misunderstanding regarding the terms of payment caused a great deal of distrust and resulted in a negative experience overall. We are very sorry that your experience was not as expected.

AIC responded to my contact request through this site within 2 hours and worked with me on the timing of doing the job. Listened to my concerns and even explained a few oddities with our roof and relieved the worries that they caused. Cleaned up after themselves and left us much better off than when they were called. Please feel comfortable with calling them out to look at your roof!

After the hail storm, we called AIC for a quote. Ryan was once again prompt in assessing the damage. He met the adjuster on our roof to be sure nothing was missed. While waiting for materials, we had a leak. Ryan came over that evening to reinforce the area. The next morning, Marty and his crew were on our roof for the replacement. Marty took pictures and shared them with us as soon as possible. He was personable and thorough. We also had our back siding replaced by AIC. It looks great! The quality walkthrough noted some damage on our front porch. This was repaired promptly and confirmed with a text message.
