The military footwear is very good and effective. However, the customer service and everything related to shipping is disastrous. I ordered two pairs of boots, but only one was sent. There was no information, nothing! I specified over the phone, before placing the order, not to send the package on the weekend, and I was assured that they would mark it not to be shipped on the weekend, but it was delivered on the weekend. I had to call customer service again to specify that no one was available to receive the package... In the end, only one pair of boots was delivered. I didn’t have a good experience with them! I will think about whether I will order again next time...Review from Allan F

I placed an order on March 9th I live 76 miles away from this company, it's March 15th and I haven't received my order I called thier customer service and they told me it is not our problem its a fed ex problem after contacting fed ex I was told your item has been rerouted and we have no information on when it will be delivered or where it is. This is absolutely unacceptable and your customer service sucks .Review from Lucas Y

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company to purchase anything from. Yet I am forced to because my department only allows us to use our uniform allowance with galls. The customer service is atrocious. Issues are not resolved. You don’t receive responses when you have an issue. I have purchased every kind of gear from every kind of dealer and nothing has been remotely this bad. They change your order without informing you and then blame you for it. I am doing everything in my power to get my department and others to stop using gouging galls as a uniform supplier. Great way to treat your first responders galls.Review from JC A

As others have reviewed their dealings with Gall's since 12-2021 they are still charging tax on what they charge for shipping. I spoke with them on the phone and I explained to the female rep. what I was seeing on the "checkout page" and she told me that they always charge tax on shipping plus the merchandise. She further stated that if I wanted to place an order I would have to pay that price. I declined the order and she hung on me before I finished my conversation.Review from Joseph N

This is the worst customer service business I've ever come across. I have been sent 3 pair of the same small gloves. I send them back at my expense. When I get a response they tell me to look up my purchase date and order number. Which I've done. This us the last of it!! 3rd pair of small gloves sent back to me. I'm not playing this game anymore. This company has no idea of records purchases or returns that make any sense. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not to purchase from this company if you have any idea of a return. I ordered a pair of OCP Trousers and an OCP Coat going on three weeks ago. The trousers got delayed a couple days but still shipped and arrived no issue. The coat? Still processing the order. Site says it's in stock, representative says it's out of stock. The estimated shipping date keeps getting pushed back a day each day. I canceled that coat as well as another order for a plate carrier. I went to another site that had the same items (actually in stock) and purchased them and that site already processed the order, packaged it and prepped for shipping literally an hour later. I'm still waiting for the refunds for my two orders to be credited onto my account. Order 19890990 and Order 19991593.

we did not charge anthing for order 19991593 only a pre-authorization which was voided on onthe 27th. We refunded the money for order 19890990 on the 28th and will take 3-5 business days to credit back to you bank.Review from Kyle P

Save yourself the headache and don't order from this company! There extremely rude! I ordered 2 pairs of $400 boots on accident and I submitted a form for cancellation on 1 pair.. also called them to get the cancellation done they told me no they can't cancel the order and there shipping it to me no matter what and the package was still in there warehouse waiting to get picked up on a truck instead of canceling the shipping label an refunding me they put me through a huge hassle of sending there package I wanted canceled today me.. just a huge waste of time an inconvenience! If your gonna order go through la police gear or 5.11 tactical!
