Property is in terrible condition with supposed "Sober Living" business being run out of it. Realtor and "CEO" is terribly unprofessional and is a scam artist. Beware that this property is also being leased on Furnished Finder. Chantelle did not appreciate me reciting her own contract rules back to her. As a short term tenant I was inconvenienced and hounded multiple times with improper requests to enter. Landlord was allowed to enter to repair an oven on a set date and chose not to do so. Part of my deposit was stolen due to her feeling inconvenienced by this oven still needing repair. I was a quiet tenant attempting to finish my 13 week work contract with as little interference as possible until the harassment began with a few weeks left. I even offered to vacate early if I were refunded, since it was such an inconvenience and she was requesting a day of inspections by government officials to certify her sober living business. This was not an option requested in the contract. Realtor had the audacity to repeatedly tell me I was underpaying, suggested she was doing me some favor, and stated that I was being a difficult "worst tenant ever". I'm aware that she refunded just enough of my deposit to assume she had made it not worthwhile for me to fight it with an attorney, stating that she was being generous. Mind you, I left no messes, and the place in the same condition as it were. I consider her behavior so petty and juvenile as this was just in response to me not allowing her to violate my contractual rights. I would recommend that anyone considering becoming involved with this person as a Realtor or in any business she is involved in should steer clear. She is highly unprofessional and will scam you should any opportunity arise.

Queena thank you for your review. I will be happy to never host you again. I allowed you to stay at the apt for $1,000 which was $350 less than what it was listed at. You also paid $500 for a security deposit which was $500 less than the typical requirement. The stove and dryer were working when you arrived to the property. They were broken when you left. I am allowed to enter my property with 48hr notice that is a state law for all property owners. I made accommodation to allow you to be present while I entered the home. You complained the entire time via text message and threatened to get an attorney involved. You called me a slim lord because I kept $200 of your security deposit. Which I later returned because I realized you really need that money and sent you on your way with a blessing that the lord would help your spirit and your finances.
