******* *********, with Pegasus Pools, installed an inground pool for us last Spring 2021. The pool itself is unlevel, the walls are crooked, there is one skimmer completely out of the water while the other 2 skimmers are covered half way with water. We actually have to plug off one skimmer in order to get the filter system to work. The concrete is so unlevel that you cannot even sit in a chair on it without feeling like you are tipping over. The concrete is extremely rough on your feet to the point that it hurts your feet to walk on it. ******* ********* told us that he would come back in the Fall to fix it, he never came back, but instead told us that he is now in need of a heart transplant. I have tried to contact him several time since finding out about his heart condition to see how he is going to fix our pool situation. After several weeks of phone calls, and a few text messages, he finally replied that he has no way to fix it, he has no money and he has no insurance to file a claim to get it fixed. To me this is stealing! He offers a 5 year warranty on his pools in his contract. For one, he did not install the pool correctly to begin with, but two, how is he suppose to offer a warranty when he has no way to financially go back and fix anything?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/05/02) */ A new homeowner's puppy ran across the wet cement leaving prints. The homeowner's son tried to smooth out the damage Pegasus tried to acid clean the deck the following morning to cover up any unsightly irregularities. During the weekend the pool wall was pushed in by unknown causes. Although not caused by Pegasus, they made a support brace that straightened the wall and left the brace in until the braces were reanchored by the deck pour as well as the top of the pool wall, and before installing to the complete satisfaction of the client, during and after. The only water that can possibly come into the pool under the liner has to come from house drains. I.E. roof pipes installed by the home builder to travel the water away from the house. The Maggards are great people and friends and I wish them well.
