I closed a real estate transaction with the Land Group in February 2022. My deed fell through the cracks and the title insurance wasn't completed for almost a year even after I followed up with them about it many months ago. Originally there were multiple typos on the deed they prepared and the title insurance including spelling of my property's co-owner's name. The typos on the deed were fixed but the title insurance typo never was. I asked for a small 30% refund ($200) to make up for all these mess ups and I was just ignored. I would have negotiated or listened to their end of the story but even after follow up I was just ignored. I am asking for a $200 partial refund and some basic respect as a paying customer for a high trust interaction (closing on a real estate transaction). They still haven't responded to my follow up email asking for a partial refund from over a month ago (January 13th) forcing me to go through Better Business Bureau.Business response
