      I cannot explain how rude and unprofessional this company is. They claim our daughter's car was parked longer than it should have been at the Hub parking garage. They absolutely refused to provide any documentations (states they have pictures) unless the Hub requests them. Ok, our daughter is a college student and she was only 5 minutes past the allotted time for parking. I totally understand rules but how rude these people are is unbelievable!!! There was not one moment we denied that she could have been there longer than the allotted but the fact they were rude and unwilling to make the situation less stressful is outrageous. The gentleman behind the window refused to unlock the door when she approached to make payment to retrieve her car, and when he opened the door he told her to be calm. After making payment for this tow, he refused to give the registration, license and debit card back to her until she signed her name to his liking He was holding it hostage and this is just being a bully. This is blatant harassment and no company should be allowed to do this to anyone!! Companies should not be allowed to harass customers for any reason. Getting your vehicle towed without your request isn't fun no matter who you are and never comes at a time which is convenient. This type of treatment towards anyone is unacceptable and should have consequences to the company and employees.

      I don’t have enough words to describe just how rude and unprofessional this place is. The people working there are some of the most rude people I have ever met, even when you apologize for being agitated on the phone at first. The little one with piercings that works there laughed at my situation and was so rude. One of the worst personalities I have ever been around. He could have at least been professional but instead he was very childish. They all laugh at misfortune of others and take cars wrongfully. Even when shown proof that they were wrong they claim it’s someone else’s problem while laughing in your face. This place needs to be shut down and replaced with a real towing company that isn’t full of crooks and people who make you feel bad about their own mistakes.

      Extremely unprofessional organization. My car was towed from apt complex that allowed me to use business center. When I tried to explain the situation, the man on the phone would not help. 145.00 to tow my car a mile away, and they seemed gleeful about it. The man said he knew who I was, and if I disputed the charge I would be sued. The state of Kentucky needs to look into this organization.

      I was here when you called about your vehicle. My employee tried to explain to you why you were towed. You live at a different complex that the company owns, not the one you were towed from. You had parked in a residents reserved parking space. She called to have you towed because she had no where else to park. Had she parked in another reserved space, which in this lot they are all reserved, she would have been towed. You could have parked across the street and walked over to use the business center but instead you parked in someone else's space. The employee tried explaining this to you but you did not want to listen. I think its unfair that you want us "looked into" simply because we did our job. A job we are contractually obligated to do. I am sorry you are upset but Metro towing only did the job the were hired to do.

      I was given permission by R************** to use the business center, and I was on site for approximately 30 minutes. I exited the business center shortly after the car was towed. At no time did me parking on site create any issues for anyone, since it was for a brief period. I explained the situation to you on Monday, and then again over the phone today. When I stated that I would not pay this excessive fine, you threatened me with litigation. You were extremely rude on the phone, and you have no business threatening anyone with litigation. Your business practices and fines are grossly unethical.

      You absolutely did create a problem for the resident whose space you were parked in. We do not tow from the onsite lot unless a resident calls to have someone removed from their ASSIGNED and RESERVED space. No one ever threatened you with litigation as we had your vehicle and you had to pay to retrieve said vehicle. I am sorry you feel we are unethical but as I said before we were only doing our job.

      The man on the phone said that if I did not pay the charge, I would be subject to litigation and legal fees. The very brief time I was at the business center created an issue for no one; I would have been moving my car shortly after you had it towed. The state of Kentucky needs to put an end to your unethical conduct.
