I own a company Martyns Auto Mart here in Gray KY. We buy a large number of cars weekly at various auctions and commission companies to collect and deliver the vehicles back to us in a timely manner, we use a service called central dispatch which independent drivers monitor to get a load. We posted 4 weeks ago 13 vehicles to be collected in Knoxville on central dispatch and were contacted by Pro Transport who we had already done business with to collect them, they said next day but in fact took them over a week to get the vehicles here and in the meantime I purchased even more vehicles and added them to my order. In the past we have had late pickup fees exceeding $700 because this company told us they would pick up on one day and a week or two later they would show up to get them, only last month I had to pay over $100 again for late pickup fees from an auction. When were told a date and time we expect that to be accurate, I should have known better from the past. 4/15 we won 5 more vehicles and added them to our order in Knoxville, over a week later 4/30/2022 they arrived all except one, on that Saturday I was sent a picture and brief text showing the top deck of an 18 wheeler collapsed on the the cars underneath, one vehicle in particular a 2017 ****** ****** Vin # ***************** was not delivered and the picture showed the upper deck collapsed on to the car below. I had expected the car to be delivered to us here and we could then proceed to file an insurance claim but the driver decided to take it to some unknown location in Lexington. He was wrong to do this and when we realized the vehicle had not been delivered we contacted the driver who was very abusive and would not give us the insurance information nor the ware abouts of our vehicle. So we are going to be contacting the State police re possible theft of our vehicle but just in case you can help I would like my vehicle back and insurance information or the buy back of the vehicle at my cost.Customer response

I assigned one of my employees to resolve the issue with this company, she was met with lies and hostility however despite that for extra money we were able to get the vehicle back here in its damaged condition
They would not provide us with their insurance information however fortunately we were able to get that information using their USDOT records and have subsequently filed a claim for the damage to the vehicle.
The issue we have is the transport company refusing to deliver the vehicle here as per the contract we had with them, They are constantly late by days or even a week in some cases and that runs up storage fees, Over $1000 in the past 3 transactions with them.
We **** never use them ever again, it's a shame as they always used to be efficient but the past 2 years not so much and constant let downs.
So I am now in the process of waiting for a loss adjuster to come out, I am sicked I had to pay a 3rd party company to deliver it when I had already paid for its original delivery that never happened...
So I guess this is a resolution bit one I am not happy with but cant see a reason to go further at this time
