put a deposit down on unit 4455 they called me 3 days later saying that it had a bad wire harness and they couldn't sell me that one anymore ... they then called back saying good news we have another one here that we can sell you. with a different vin...(unit (4562) meanwhile i was told by the sales guy that they only have one there on the ground and that if i wanted the unit i would need to give them 1500 right way.... (this whole time they had more than one). so they lied using urgency of the market to take my $ , then after they had my deposit i was then told after the fact that if i dont bring someone with me that i would have to be double taxed paying taxes in ky and then i would have to pay nc tax when i got home on the unit i was not told this till after they had my $. so i then asked if i could arrange a driver to pick up the machine and bring it to me in NC and him sign the transport paper so im not double taxed i was then directed to the business manager were he then talked me out of using a transport company because all the issue that could arise of doing so damages to the parts ect. so im like ok ill just come next sat to pick it up if i can find someone to make the drive with me. i cant find anyone that can make the drive there so i ask the sales manager if i could just let them sell that one and pick up a machine thats 10min down the rd he said no heck no that they have my $ and they will not give it back no matter what. this seems to be the tactics of adrenaline cycles they use high pressure to get your $ then once they have it they then tell you about the fine print of the double tax issue in ky, im from Nc never been to ky and would of like to know that before taking my $ and would of like to known i had to have someone with me before taking my $ im simply asking for a refund of my $ i will not do business with them at this point They say they have a policy in place but on ****** the owner is seen commenting & refunding a deposit backCustomer response

We received the BBB claim ******** and we have spoken with the customer and resolved his issue. He has lied numerus times about his situation with our business and we are tired of having to deal with his untruthful comments and we have refunded him his deposit against our policies for our company. We hope this is what you and he wanted as the customer was full away of what he was doing and chose to lie and complaint till he got his way. Thanks for your time. But at this point the customer received his refund and this matter is closed with us and the customer.
