Bottom Line- I want my 12% deposit back of 137.40 from Wild Cat Barns. I signed a contract in February of 2021 for a metal carport. I was told that due to Covid impact on materials/labor etc that there would be a minimum 90 day delay. Over time I began contacting this company and was never given a definitive answer. In (October I believe) the contractor that was supposed to do it contacted me to arrange the install. On the day of the install, they didn't show up and I was informed the work crew was pulled back to the home base and that they would have to reschedule. I attempted to contact Wild Cat Barns periodically and leave a message. I did not want to cancel the build because the dealer had told me when I signed that I had bought right before prices went up about 40%. I figured that either the dealer or the contractor were trying to get me to back out so they wouldn't lose money. I finally reached the contractor (********* *****) a few weeks ago and was informed that my contract was canceled months ago, as the work orders were overwhelming and that they couldn't do it anyway because they would lose money. I believe they couldn't really do this anyway as they signed a contract for an install and that it worked to my benefit, however, I have not the time or desire to contest this. I just want the 137.40 deposit back. I called Wild Cat Barns within the last few weeks and left a voicemail (again.) My most recent attempt at contacting Wild Cat Barns was 5/13 via email and as of this morning, still no response. It has now been 15 months and not only did I end up without a steel carport, I have yet to see my 137.40.Initial Complaint

I did not make a complaint until now because I am looking into sueing this company with every thing I have compiled over the years it took me to pay this POS off. ***** **** lied to us, it was not built up to code. He lied and had us to sign paper before we got it. It was brought and damaged while setting up. He used all my lumber and block never repaid me. He never fixed problem. Neither did anyone at wildcat barns I have proof of calls ,letters, and everything. Pictures taken . This place ripped me off for $26,000.00 or more. They stained it with 15 year stain they said. The board started peeling back 1 year into paying for it. It has cost me more than well over $10,000.00 more on top of the 26 grand they ripped me off for. Why did I pay for it. Only place I could live I had to. These people need to be sent to prison. Now I have paid for it the judge should believe me. I wasn't trying to get the cabin half off or cheaper. No I paid for it over 5 years so now I can prove to America .
