I experience the most horrific and disturbing experience! Upon receiving the order I had to ask my landlord to assist me since I am disabled. My landlord was assisting me open the box. As the box was being open a foul odor started to come out. As the box was completely open we discovered there was a dead mouse trapped in between the box and the item!!!! The odor was horrible, and seen a dead mouse in front of me, was horrific!! I jumped back in horror! My landlord terrified of what else may crawl out of the box push the box outside my apartment with his foot! He started screaming hysterically, and saying that if the building had to put be exterminated for whatever animals were in the box, I was going to have to pay for it!! He took the box out of my apartment and out of the building, and put it in the curve!!! He is threatening me that I will be responsible for extermination fees in the building! I need your urgent assistance with this matter!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/22) */ This customer was asked to send a photo and was sent a return shipping label so she could return the item for a full refund. She refused to either send a photo or return the item. She has offered no evidence whatsoever of defect/damage and has slandered our company on ***** the BBB, and according to her, on her social media accounts. Thank you ***** Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As per my last communication with the merchant - The box was immediately removed from the apartment/building my the landlord. I could not get close enough in a wheel chair to the curve where the box was left and maneuver around the box to take a picture of the dead mouse. My landlord, Who is the individual who was with with at the time of the incident. This is the same individual who is threatening legal action against me for bringing a hazardous situation into his apartment building. This is also the same individual I offered to put in contact with you- since he wouldn't allow me to being the box back inside he could describe the odor and perhaps the dead mouse. Furthermore, you could help me stop him from taking legal action against me my speaking to him.
