Our shop has reached out to this customer and completely refunded her invoice. From the shops point of view, the customer was very aware before work was ever done. She disagrees with paying a diagnostic fee as well as agreeing to have the work done. The shop originally discounted the diagnostic time that was originally quoted from 1 hr to .6 because it took less time. We always strive to do right by our customers above all else. Whether miscommunication, misunderstanding, or trying to get a discount after the fact were in play, the shop went out of their way to make the customer happy and resolve the issue.

Please reach out with any further questions. We consider this matter resolved and the customer satisfied with the outcome.

I took my 2013 Ford Explorer to Springdale automotive 7/7/22. I asked them to diagnose a check engine light in a whining noise that was occurring. They gave me a diagnosis, quoted me approximately $4,700 to fix, told me I would have my car in a week. 2 weeks passed, they then told me my price would be $5100. The day I came in to pick up my vehicle they took my money and then proceeded to tell me that the check engine light was still on and the noise was still occurring and that it would need more work. I originally asked them to diagnose these issues and quote me to fix them. They would not refund my diagnostic fee as it must have been misdiagnosed since the issue is now worse. They are not willing to fix the problem unless I give them more money. And originally when they gave me the quote to correct the issue, the new issues that they are saying it now has we're not included. So I gave them my car for 2 weeks, paid them $5,100 dollars, And now my car is in worse shape than it was before they received it. At this point I want the car fixed since it was misdiagnosed or I'll just take a refund since they did work that did not even correct the problem.

I paid the Company $780 to replace two coolant lines, replace fluids, cover labor, pressure check the system. I was told the work was done and the car was running Properly as it should. They told me they drove the car extensively to ensure it was running properly so the following morning I went in and paid. Upon trying to start my car it would not start. I tried to crank it over 3 times and nothing was working. I walked back into the business and let them know. they sent out a mechanic (that has been fired since then) and they couldn't figure it out. they claimed they did everything and drove it but the odometer reading was not different from the time I dropped it off to the time i picked it up. the odometer works so they made false claims. upon having my vehicle towed to a mechanic to sell he looked it over and found that the head gasket was blown. This company never mentioned a head gasket being blown or gave that in their report. had they pressure checked it they would have known.
