On 1/27/2023 we contracted with FSBS to remove an old tub and install a new shower surround. Got an install date of 2/25/2023, No show, no contact. Finally got ahold of ***** at FSBS around 3/03/2023 and he told me that my shower panels were installed at another house. ***** offered a discount and I thought ok, they will do the right thing and get my shower installed instead I got radio silence again. Once again I had to chase ***** down and get an install date. ***** promised 03/24/2023 as the install date. ***** did finally show to do the job but had to come back on the 25th to finish We had to be gone on that day but when we got home there was caulk all over the bathroom as if there was some kind of caulk party. Shower was installed but did not have the bench as ***** said the one that came in was broken. Three weeks later I had to chase ***** down again to get the bench installed. About a month after install, the pipe that connected to the shower head was spraying water. Gave ***** a call and he was down two days later and fixed the issue. In September, shower doors are starting to stick Contacted ***** and he said he would come by on the following Friday. No call and no show and now he will not return my calls. Have called corporate with complaints but have received no response. Would not recommend using this business as they don't seem to want to honor the "lifetime" warranty. Maybe I am being petty but a business that ghosts the customers should not be in business.
