      Had a subwoofer an amp installed they left my dash hanging down wires exposed screws were left out of my dashboard my equipment blew 2 15 inch subwoofers in 3 days with their setting their tune their installation they refuse to take responsibility pay for anything or even refund for faulty install I was told by someone who worked their that a man named ********* **** had done my install they refuse to respect consumers they have a mindset of we got your money now and we ain't letting go of it. it's not about making customers happy or doing a good job it's about ripping you off hard and as fast as they can

       Customer returned to our shop a few days after we had installed his amp and subwoofers. We told him we would repair any problem with the dash or wiring. He would not set up an appointment for us to take care of the problem. None of this had anything to do with him blowing up his subwoofers. This was caused by him overdriving and distorting the subwoofers which burns out the voice coils in the speaker.

      ****** ****** The company says I was over driving the woofers they set the gain I called him back within an hour or so of getting my car telling him my amp is in protect mode I paid another shop to look at it they said the 7$ line out converter was sending a clipped signal to my speakers in fact blowing them he is supposed to be knowledgeable about these things but it doesn't seem that way I had another shop put the speakers on an oscilloscope and as soon as the stereo turned on it was clipping at the lowest volume it was clipping so he charged me $50 for a line out converter that cost seven and then when I complained about it and wanted my money back for them blowing the subwoofers they told me that I was listening to the music wrong what kind of an excuse is that and I did set up an appointment with them to fix my system until I talk to his grandson and found out a guy named ********* **** was the one who installed my system so at this point with all the extra hundreds of dollars that I've spent researching and diagnosing and having other shops work on this I want my money back and when I go to small claims court I won't be asking for the $400 I'll be asking for over a thousand and something dollars

      This is now my second time filing a complaint. I read the response Low Cost Interlock gave me, and what an awful response. First, whoever responded only talked about one problem I had with the business, and acted like I was in the wrong. They never talked about my customer service issues, and I even have more now. I had talked about how they never answer there phone and I can never get help. Yesterday, 2/21/22 I was in Lake Havasu City, AZ getting ready to go back to Flagstaff AZ, my interlock locked itself out because I had not gotten it serviced. I then unplugged the handset device so I could go service it. I borrowed my friends car to take it to the service center. The place tried servicing it 3 times, and it didn’t work. They then tried to call low cost interlock and I sat there for probably another 30 minutes waiting for low cost interlock to answer them. Low cost interlock didn’t answer for over 30 minutes to an hour, and I had to leave because my friend needed her car back as she had to go back to Flagstaff Arizona. I got dropped off at my car yesterday 2/21/22 and called Low Cost interlock and waited another 30 minutes for someone to answer me. Finally I got one person to answer. The guy said the interlock will be good until tomorrow 2/22/22 so you can drive and then service it tomorrow. I drove back to Flagstaff Az, and then I went to the gym around 8:00pm and was done around 9:30 pm. I went out to my car, my interlock was locked again. It was snowing, about 10 degrees out. I called, and no response I waited on hold for probably 30 minutes to an hour and no response. And they claim they answer there phones 24 hours 24/7. I even requested a call back at probably 10:00pm on 2/21/22, and it’s not 11:24am on 2/22/22 and I still haven’t received anything back. My car is still stuck at the gym. I’m seriously ready to take legal action, as if I was I couldn’t find a ride last night I would still be stuck in my car in the freezing cold weather.
