            On April the 4th I visited Roberts Auto Stereo for a receiver and back up camera to be installed in my car. While I was looking, ***** mentioned to me that he could install a previous year model for $500. I agreed to that. We scheduled the install on Monday, April 8. Got the receiver and camera installed. When I received the invoice after I paid, I noticed that I was charged 549.99 for the receiver not the $500 I was promised from *****. ***** was off that day. On Tuesday, April 9 I called Roberts and talked to *****. We discussed the situation and he agreed to refund the $50.00 on my credit card. He then asked if that would settle the situation. I stated yes. I have checked my credit card and as of right now, I have not been credited. I called Roberts on April 11 to ask how long it takes for them to put the credit on my credit card. The salesperson stated that ***** was with another customer and he will call me back to let me know when I would be seeing the refund on my credit card.
