On 18 November 2021 I had some carpet installed. On 19 October I went to JB carpet Barn and talked to the manager **** ****** and told him that where they seamed the carpet it was raised up. He said give it two weeks and it would go down. I waited two weeks, but the carpet did no go down. I went to see **** again and He said he would send somebody to look at it. I kept in touch with him every week and he kept telling me that somebody would come look at it. Finally in February 2022 somebody came and looked at it. He said **** would get back with me. He never did, so I went to the store again, he said he would send somebody out to fix it, the next week somebody came out and worked on it for 15 minutes, then said he couldn't fix it, and **** would call me the next day. That has been 3 weeks ago, and he still has not called me or sent somebody to fix it.Business response

The office manager, **** ******, texted Mr ********* on 3/9/22 and asked if we could put down metal which would alleviate the problem, on Tuesday 3/15/22 between 10-2. Mr ********* texted **** back and replied he couldnt do it on that day. He said he would get back to him. As of today 3/21/22 Mr ********* has not replied back to ****.
We will let you know when he replies back to us.
